Gates open at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2008, for set up. An on-line processing fee will be added to all orders placed through the internet.

VENDOR INFORMATION

The name and logo of Biker’s Adult Rally and/or B.A.R. are trademarked and copyright is prohibited in any form.

Each vendor is required to pay for their vendor space in full prior to attending the rally. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but, please remember that spaces are limited therefore, all spaces will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The application is subject to approval from the B.A.R. staff and will not be considered until received along with payment. Should an application be rejected, any payment will be promptly returned. Staff will notify each vendor in writing of approval and provide a confirmation number for the transaction.

B.A.R. is an all-weather event and therefore; no refunds will be issued on account of weather. Each vendor is required to provide their own sun/rain protection. B.A.R. does not/can not guarantee that merchandise will be a hit with rally attendees and can not/does not guarantee a profit.

This is a 21 and older event and no one under the age of 21 will be allowed. B.A.R. reserves the right to verify identification of all persons and to deny admittance at its sole discretion. Wrist bands will be provided at the time of registration and must be worn for the duration of the event.

Biker’s Adult Rally strictly prohibits the sale or display of firearms, hard-core pornography, controlled substances and open air prostitution. Vendors are not allowed to sublet their space.

Each vendor will be issued 2 vendor passes with their registration. Additional passes can be purchased through on-line or on-site registration. Each person in attendance will be required to have a gate pass with no exceptions.

We will not sign for any packages or deliveries. Each vendor must personally sign for their merchandise when the delivery truck arrives.

All vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own displays. Each is responsible for the removal of their own trash and agrees to place all trash in the dumpsters provided on site. Vendors can begin arriving at the rally on the Wednesday before the rally at 8:00 am. Please do not come any earlier than that as you will not be permitted onto the rally grounds until that time.

Vendor Check-In: Wednesday July 16, 2008 8:00am – 6:00pm
Vendor Set-up: Must be complete and ready for sales no later than 9:00 am Thursday July 17, 2008
Vendor Hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00am – 8:00pm. Vendors may stay open later or earlier at their own discretion.
Tear Down: Any time after 1:00pm on Sunday July 20, 2008.

Each vendor is required to fit any of their vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, etc. in their vendor or assigned outdoor R.V. space.

All food vendors are required to contact the State of Texas Department of Health Services at (512) 834-6626 to obtain a mobile food vendor permit. A copy of the permit must be displayed at all times during the event.

For any vendor questions or if you are interested in advertising or sponsorship and/or promotional opportunities, please contact us. If you need further assistance once you have registered at the rally site, please ask someone over your area and they will gladly assist you.

The undersigned agrees that Biker’s Adult Rally and its sponsors, promoters, beneficiaries, staff, and volunteers will not be responsible for any injury, illness, damages, loss or theft during the rally. Each vendor should only sell those items that they have listed below. Vendors are asked to register early as it is on a first come/first served basis and we try not to have too many vendors selling like items. If you need more space, we will work with you to meet your accommodations.
